  Ugh....the waiting....
  Two moms with four kids today, the place was practically empty and the service was practically non-existent. We watched our server wait hand and foot on the other table in our area, while she seemed to avoid us as much as possible.
  We weren't demanding, loud, or rude, the kids were well behaved...we have no idea what the issue was or why we hardly saw her.  I'll say that she was as friendly as could be whenever she did come by, but it was a struggle to get her there.  
  The lunch should have taken about and hour...we were there for almost two - much too long.
  The food was standard Chili's fare, but since I filled up on chips and salsa, I didn't eat much of it.
  Chili's used to be a family fave and today's visit made me remember why we don't go very often anymore.

  I have worked nearby for 12 years and dined here 5 times. The most recent, today, with a gift card.
  I tried to use the computer app, but there was no selection for GC payment. I phoned in my lunch order, no problem. Double cheeseburger, salad and fries.
  I walked in the to go door. The pavement going into the building was mostly covered with a sticky black substance that is disgusting to look at and repulsive to walk on. Ewwwwwww.
  I was told to pick up at the bar. The place was empty, literally. No bartender in sight. No wait staff, just a few bored customers. I waited. I heard lively conversations coming from the kitchen. Eventually someone came to present me with my plastic bag full of lunch. Unfortunately, it did take a while, and I noticed just how dirty, rundown and threadbare this location is.
  I carried my sack of lunch back to work. The burger had slid off its bun, but was still warm. The salad was slimy and gross. Tossed it out before I could imagine just where the lettuce had been stored.(Shudder).  
  The burger and fries were all right. The restaurant is filthy and I will never go back.

  Ugh!!!
  My recent visit was NOT GOOD!  Bad service!
  It started out when I ordered ribs and was told they were out and if I wanted them it would take 40 min to an hour.... So I ended up ordering steak fajitas and requested corn instead of flour tortillas. When our food finally arrived, the server who brought them out said he'd be back with our fixin's... The. I noticed my tortillas were not corn like I had asked for... Expecting him to come right back we waited 10 min and he still had not made it back with our cheese, sour cream, salsa etc. Finally we were able to flag down our waitress we told her we were missing our fixin's and that I needed corn tortillas she said she'd be right back... we waited another 5-7 min, food getting cold, before she brought my tortillas and fixin's.  I grabbed one of my tortillas to start eating my my fajitas and the corn tortillas she just brought me were COLD UGH!  And she was no where to be found.  Again I waited a bit before we spotted her and told her about the cold tortillas.  Luckily I didn't have to wait too long this time but by then it was over my food was cold!  The steak was pretty peppery too so don't order them unless you like a peppery flavor. By the time We got out of there I should have just ordered the ribs.  We were not even offered anything for our issuers. The only good part of our visit was the yummy warm cookie dessert.

  A few times a year, I need to get my queso dip and blackberry tea fix.
  
  This location is good (although the traffic around the mall is crazy).
  
  The restaurant is always clean with friendly staff.
  I turn down their margaritas for the blackberry tea - yum!  We usually sit in the bar area to watch the sports on TV.
  
  One thing I don't like, the self-touch screen check out.  It took too long and I next time I'll give my $ to the waiter and avoid it.

  My family has been coming here for many years. Unfortunately, there has been a gradual decline as of late. Our last few experiences were quite unsatisfactory, leading us to finally decide that we won't be coming here anymore. The food is still decent, but the service is awful. We have had to complain to the manager on several recent visits.
